Former Noah Project employee launches an attack on the Platinum team
Recently, Platinum Software Development Company became the victim of an extortionist who is a former Noah Project adviser – Takeshi Ito. We have already given a clear answer to this man but he continues to threaten our company with legal and physical harm. We want to give one last clear answer to his slanderous accusations so that every member of the Noah community understands who Takeshi Ito is.
Takashi Ito continues to send false information to Noah community members. Here is his latest message that we will answer to:

Ito’s money situation
Takeshi Ito actually embezzled clients’ money in the form of payments for bank cards and Noah City subscriptions (citizenship). The fact about his stealing money remains a fact, as is his interpretation of the contract under which we have been operating (more on that below). As a QDAO Project adviser, he is eligible to apply for 1,000 QDAO coins. However, the amount of 10 million yen is absolute fiction, not substantiated by any contractual agreements. If we look at the actual contract, it says that the “estimated price of 1 QDAO token can reach 100 USD” – note the “can” (not “will”). If Ito has documents confirming anything to the contrary, we are waiting for them.
For its part, Platinum Software Development Company is ready to fulfill its contractual obligations. However, Takeshi Ito himself ceased contact with us on January 29 2021 and there were no repeated requests. He returned after 4 months with baseless accusations.
The QDAO token dump
One of Ito’s accusations is the QDAO coin dump. This is another lie. You can personally verify that no transactions were issued from the addresses of our company that could affect the QDAO price. The dump was organized by the actions of traders, not the Platinum team.
About Noah City membership (citizenship)
We do not ‘sell’ citizenship in the traditional sense of the word. Noah Citizenship is not similar to the citizenship of any country. We provide subscriptions or memberships with access to Noah City’s services. And, of course, Noah Citizenship is not an investment scheme.
Noah City is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). The operative word here is ‘Decentralized’. Please read this article for more details. This organization does not have a centralized authority and all decisions are made by the community through a fair and transparent voting system. Noah City is an absolutely honest and legitimate DAO. An average of 500-1000 people take part in the voting process.
To check out the veracity of our words, just look at the Voting page. All actions take place on the blockchain, so they are absolutely transparent and all users, including Ito, took part. We are proud to be one of the first to implement decentralized governance before the DeFi boom.
Platinum Software Development Company acts as an engineering company. We are engaged in project development. The Platinum team did not receive any funds from the Noah Foundation (the original founders of Noah Project) who left the project to die. We use the proceeds from the sale of Noah City memberships to develop an ecosystem of products.
Ito’s claim that we are continuing to sell is not true. The Platinum team stopped selling Noah Citizenship back in 2020. QDAO DeFi is just a product and a gateway that enables access to the allocation of user funds for DeFi services. All money belongs exclusively to the users, we only help place them. The Platinum team does not force anyone to use QDAO DeFi – this is a conscious decision made by users who want to earn passive profit on their crypto assets.
About Chinese influencers
The only ones whom Ito advised us on were Chinese people who we know from other projects. They take a lot of money and provided no results. Due to a lack of competence with cryptocurrencies, Takeshi Ito has come up with illusory agencies that have attempted to resolve Noah Project problems, though they do not see the roots accurately.
Moreover, the Platinum team personally began to establish contacts with influencers from China, without any help from Ito. It’s important to understand, we are not marketeers but engineers and we’re doing everything possible to promote Noah Project on our own. If you want to help us – we’re open to it.
The biggest problem within Noah Project
Noah Project suffers from the fact that the previous management raised money, then left the project. Negativity still follows the project and people do not believe in its development. The Platinum team came in as volunteers and tried to save Noah Project by developing new products.
But it turned out not to be enough, as the negativity associated with Noah Foundation and its initially weak tokenomics crashed the NOAHP coin price. We are very sad that people like Takeshi Ito, who worked inside the project for over 2 years, do not understand such basics.
About the lack of development
Another big lie by Takeshi Ito concerns all the money raised by Platinum Software Development Company, which has been used to develop the Noah Project. Every penny. We created Noah Blockchain from scratch, developed a user-friendly interface – Noah Custody Wallet and all its integrated services. And this is just the tip of the iceberg!
We can provide detailed financial statements and account for every penny spent. On examination, you will see that all the money was spent on employee salaries and project development. We have nothing to hide.
Takeshi Ito’s contracts
Ito has two contracts with Platinum Software Development Company. The first one is the contract of a temporary employee, in which he receives $2,500 a month + a commission on sales. The second one is that of a QDAO Project adviser, under which he is entitled to 1,000 QDAO (yen or dollars are not specified). The conditions for receiving these funds are also spelt out in the contract. There is no obligation for us to pay $100,000. Our company operates strictly according to the conditions specified in the contracts.
Takeshi Ito personally initiated the process of accepting funds into his account. He consulted with lawyers before signing the contract. It is known that he does not incur any risks for the distribution of information or products.
Takeshi Ito has an accomplice named Sakamoto Yasuhiro who has extorted over $500,000. According to Ito, he has ties to the Israeli mafia. It should be noted that this person is an early QDAO investor. All the conditions are also spelt out in his contract, including the risks (see the screenshot).
The money left in Takeshi Ito’s account belongs to Noah community members. He has no legal right to these assets. Consequently, these funds can be considered stolen by Ito. Now he is back and he is lying about the “illegality” of our actions.
What has happened to Takeshi Ito
Takeshi Ito has supported the Noah Project development since 2019. Apparently, something serious happened, maybe the need for money, leading to him changing his stance. Now, he is attempting to extort money from us using threats.
The Platinum team is just a group of engineers who have helped the Noah community to resurrect Noah Project and make it successful. We are always open to suggestions about how to improve the project. You can help us and share your thoughts through the Platinum Forum.
It was not we who raised $200 million and declared bankruptcy but Noah Foundation. We are Platinum Software Development Company – volunteers who work for the benefit of the Noah community – all 33,256 of you. We are grateful for your support!
We still consider Takeshi Ito to be a good person and hold no evil will towards him. Apparently, this is how the circumstances developed. He may have had to resort to threats and blackmail. As far as we know, haters personally came to Takeshi Ito and made threats. Perhaps the essence of such a radical change in his point of view lies here. As a result, Takeshi Ito and his accomplice Sakamoto Yasuhiro resorted to threats, including the physical kind.
To put an end to this matter, we have prepared explanatory documents for Takeshi Ito and Sakamoto Yasuhiro. We hope that after reviewing them, there will be no further questions or complaints.
Please do not let Ito’s words confuse or intimidate you. Naturally, like any scammer, he will scare you with lawyers and litigation. Understand, if Ito needs money, he might resort to any means to fool you. We strongly advise against contacting these individuals.
However, regardless of the pressure on Takeshi Ito, we will not allow 1 person to ruin the entire Noah community. Thanks for your support, we appreciate it! And we will never betray you.
