How to Pass Verification and Order a Noah Passport

Paper versions of Noah City passports are finally ready to be sent to their owners. The verification, however, must be done prior  to ordering your awesome physical passport. You can instead order a digital certificate if you choose. We decided to help you get acquainted with the verification process and wrote this simple guide. Read and follow!

Verification is a pretty simple process that only takes a few minutes of your time. To begin, go to the Verification Page. There are 2 ways that this can be done. The first way is to click on the “FET MY PASSPORT DELIVERED” button on the main Passport Page.

The second way is to go to the Passport Verification section in your Profile.

Fill out the Verification Form. Just enter all the required data on the first page, as shown in the screenshot, then click on “NEXT STEP”.

The following step is very important. You must decide to either receive a paper version of the Noah passport or a digital certificate. Then fill in the mandatory fields (if you want the digital version of the document,  some of the fields are optional)).

Place a tick in the “I want paper version of passport” box, if you want to receive a physical copy. We will ask you to provide us with your address details in order to send you your Noah passport. Click on “NEXT STEP” when you are ready.

The final step is photo inclusion. Take this step seriously and please follow these guidelines:

1. Colored photo 35 x 45 mm.
2. The face must cover 70-80% of the photo.
3. 30-32 mm head height.
4. Please have your mouth closed and your eyes open in the picture. Als make sure that you do not cover your face.
5. Please use a 300 or 450 dpi picture.

You can also read these detailed instructions on how to make a good photo. Just upload a photo in any of the allowed formats (JPG, GIF, PNG, or PDF) once you are ready. Click on “NEXT STEP” to complete the Verification process.

And that’s it! You will be sent your certificate or physical Noah passport provided that your data is correct. This process can take up to 2 months from the moment of complete verification and KYC procedure completion.

Congratulations! Now, things are getting serious and you can proudly call yourself Noah City resident. We will continue to develop the project and provide citizens with awesome benefits!
